Donation Workshop Weekend - Rooted in Rituals: Creating Daily Practices for Peace (with Alexa)

Join us for a weekend of Donation based Workshops presented by the graduating Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary 300 hr. teacher training students! Treat yourself to a retreat-like weekend with a variety of specialized topics. Take one or take them all! All proceeds benefit Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary Labyrinth.

Just as yoga provides a sanctuary on the mat, intentional routines create a foundation for peace and presence off the mat.

In this workshop, Alexa Rae will guide you through a grounding yoga practice and a reflective exploration of rituals and routines that support balance in everyday life. You’ll discover how building small, intentional habits can help you feel grounded and centered, no matter what your day brings, while also offering a sense of stability during life’s busier seasons.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to bring more calm, clarity, and consistency into their daily routine, both on and off the mat.

You’ll leave with simple, personalized practices to carry that sense of peace into your everyday life—your own “off-the-mat” sanctuary.
