Build a Bug Hotel at The Haining

Join us for a fun, family-friendly afternoon at The Haining as we get creative with nature and give our local wildlife a helping hand! Together, we’ll be building a brilliant bug hotel using wooden pallets and filling them with natural materials that insects love to call home.

This is a hands-on event for all ages – a perfect opportunity to explore the outdoors, learn about local habitats, and contribute to our Haining 1000 Species Challenge by spotting bugs around the grounds.

📍 Location: On the lawn in front of The Haining House
🕐 Time: Drop in anytime between 1pm and 3pm
🛠️ What’s included: All materials provided – just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm!
