One More Time... Outdoor Yoga at Outskirts!
We had so much fun, we had to do it again time before summer slips away!
Join us for Balance + Brews & a Sound Bath at Outskirts Brewing Co, a beautiful morning of movement, connection, and sunshine. We'll start with an all levels 60 minute Hatha yoga class led by Lisa, then ease into a 15 minute sound bath to close practice in total relaxation.
After class, grab a drink with your included drink ticket and stay to hang out because yoga + community = the best vibes.
