Step into an evening of inward exploration as Elena and Sabina weave a collaborative sound journey intended to clear stagnation, harmonize energy, and guide one inward into deep peace and the space beyond thought.
The session begins with a gentle breathwork meditation, inviting the mind to settle, the heart to open and one to soften into receptivity to fully experience waves of healing vibrations from 9 crystal singing bowls, the Mother Tesla gong, shamanic drumming and other sound healing tools.
Sound healing can support emotional release, regulate the nervous system, enhance mental clarity, and reconnect you to your innate sense of calm and inner wisdom. Previous attendees have reported:

Considerations: Elena's bowls emit powerful sound - if you are sound sensitive, ear plugs will help-- but take a moment to feel into whether or not this session will be for you. Please bring your own earplugs.

A mat, a blanket and water-- along with anything else you need to feel comfortable! We have props to use at the studio if you'd like to borrow.

Elena is a sound meditation facilitator, Yoga teacher and vortex guide here in Sedona. Inspired by the life-changing presence sound, breath and yoga has had on her mental well-being; it's her heart's work to share these tools with others in person.
