Drawing from Sattva Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini, and Bhakti Yoga traditions, each session becomes a unique inner journey—perhaps chanting to Lakshmi, releasing tension through extended exhale, quieting the mind with mudra, or awakening full-body breath through Cosmic breathing.

The evening concludes with a restorative crystal bowl sound healing savasana, allowing the vibrations to integrate your practice and guide you into deep rest and inner harmony.
