Take time to remember how to listen to your body by joining us May 24-26 in Sedona for a three day, two-night retreat filled with clay-making and sisterhood. We will use the clay, guided meditation, flavorful food, feral dancing, hiking, and yoga to get into our bodies and listen to the messages they hold for us. Included are all meals during the retreat (five total), lodging, and all materials, plus you will get to keep several clay vessels which will be fired, glazed, and shipped to you. No experience with clay is necessary. This is a great experience for beginners and experienced ceramicists alike.
Our venue is nestled against the National forest with trail access. It includes a luxurious outdoor shower for a true moment of connection with nature. It also includes a full bathroom with an indoor shower, bedding, a full kitchen and a fire circle. There are two bedrooms. The first with 4 bunk beds and the second with one King bed. Book the private room for yourself or bring a friend and share the King bed for a 2 for 1 ticket. Early bird pricing is 20% off and ends April 27. Use the code EARLYBIRD at checkout.
Info: We will begin our retreat with an opening circle for sharing intentions, delicious dinner to awaken the senses, a twilight hike at the base of the beautiful Rabbit Ears, and dancing and constellation viewing by the fire circle.
Info: Beginning our day with early morning yoga and a nourishing breakfast, we will then delve into our inner landscapes with guided meditation and clay-making. After a sensational lunch we will decorate our pinch pots while exploring what we've uncovered in our emotional journeys. With plenty of free time during the day for hiking, journaling, or self-guided clay-making you have a chance to remember your body and listen to its messages for you. Dinner invites us into the sensory kitchen for roasting spices and creating a curry masala from scratch. After dinner we will enjoy a New Moon ritual to seal in the lessons that we've learned and set intentions for our daily lives.
Info: We begin with more early morning yoga and another delicious breakfast. To finish our journey together we will embark on a morning hike with a final sharing circle and end our time with one more clay-making exercise. We will finish before lunch and be sent off with snacks to tantalize our senses.
