Candlelit Winter Solstice Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

What better time to gift yourself a pause than during the holiday season ~ Cultivate peace through practice. Begins with gentle, floor based yoga followed by crystal bowl sound bath. Be nourished by deep breaths & reflections on the darkest days of the year as we honor the Winter Solstice and create space in mind, body and spirit. Hot tea provided. Beginners welcome, come as you are.
