August: Boone Regional Beekeepers- Missouri State Fair

August is the Missouri State Fair and we would like to ask for volunteers to assist with the Missouri State Beekeepers Association exhibit on August 17 in the Agriculture building.

MSBA will reimburse their fair admission ticket, provide a free honey ice cream, and entry into a drawing for a swarm trap.

Things volunteers help with:

• Restocking the items on the table and in the freezers
• Answering bee-related questions at the observation hive and around the booth
• Help pass out ice cream
• Watch over items to make sure things don't walk away
