Join us for a 2-hour Yin Yoga Sound Journey, where deep rest meets devotional sound with an intention of spinal restoration. Guided by Aubrey, you’ll slowly move through a series of long-held, yin postures designed to cultivate expansive breath and a grounding force within your being. The journey is supported by the live, soul-nourishing music of Kiranjot Kaur and MeiRòn, weaving together harmonium, flute, guitar, and voice in a cocoon of healing resonance.

The evening begins and ends in stillness, anchored by meditation and breath, inviting you into deeper layers of self-awareness, surrender, and inner peace.
