Toltek Recapitulation Night: Nawalism and the Toltek Warrior Path

This session will be intended to collectively experience the power of the Toltek Recapitulation practice.

•We would begin with an introduction to Toltekayotl and Nawalism
•Then with we'd do short movement practice to prepare our body for a deeper entrance to the Recapitulation
•Lastly we would go into the Recapitulation itself: meditation-like setting, seating upright with controlled breathing while we revisit our life experiences.

The Recapitulation was a vital practice to walk the Toltek Warrior path, reliving their life experience to become conscious of the impact they have left on our energy body. Using the element of breath, the recapitulation liberates energy stuck in one's perception of the past.
