Movement Wednesdays: Pilates & Dance

Join Olissa Francisco on September 17th & 24th for strength-training & celebration! Wednesday nights will have the power combo of Pilates & AfroBrazilian Dance!!!

You can take one, the other, or BOTH!
Pilates 6:00-6:50pm
Dance 7:00-8:15pm
All levels & drop-ins welcome.

Pilates is an incredible way to get to know your body, develop your strength and mobility, balance, coordination, breath, recover from and prevent injuries, and warm up for dance.
Please bring a mat for class.
