De Tierra meaning "of earth" is a retreat experience to guide you deeply into your body, your strength, and fullest capability. Through physical activation and practice we will explore and expand using our body as our guide.

Join Tessa and Olissa for a deeply rejuvenating retreat in Baja, Mexico. This 6-day journey offers a beautiful blend of Yoga, AfroFusion Dance, Guided Meditation, & Pilates. Enjoy luxury accommodations, farm-to-table meals, infinity pool, hot tub, beachfront indulgence, and excursions.

Yoga & AfroFusion Dance
There will be two sessions each day focusing on Iyengar Yoga with Tessa and AfroFusion Dance & Pilates with Olissa. We'll dive deep into technique, restoration, body care, & individual expression.
The dance sessions will be high energy, dynamic, and empowering, while the yoga will be expansive, restorative, and strengthening.

You will have ample free time to relax, receive treatments, soak in one of the pools, beach walk, go inwards, and make life long connections with other soulful women.
The practice is open to all levels as there will be several options given including ways to deepen for those advanced practitioners and modifications for those beginning.
