Come gather in song, in circle, in spirit! All voices welcome - no experience needed! Come as you are - with your joy, fear, grief, reverence and sadness.
Earth Heart Monthly Singing Circles are on the last Wednesday of each month.
This month's song circle leader: Shawn Specht
Arrival : 7:00 pm
Song circle: 7:30 -9:30 pm
The first hour of the circle will be lead by Shawn, the second hour will be open for people to share songs.
Suggested donation: $10-20. No one turned away for lack of funds.
We will be outside by the fire, bring warm layers and a camp chair or cozy pillow to sit on.
Join us for an evening of heart-opening song and soulful connection around the fire. At the center of our gathering are original songs shared by our rotating song leaders - creations rooted in love, spirit and connection to the land.
Every month will be unique.
We will also learn and sing circle songs and medicine music, weaving our voices together in harmony. We may also share songs from cultural lineages and traditions such as Hebrew, Shipibo, Quechua and others, offered with permission, cultural respect and acknowledgment. Each will be shared with its name, meaning and origin.
We begin with cacao by donation, ground with a land acknowledgment and open the circle with intention and coummunity care.
Location:1723 Sextonview Lane, Sebastopol, CA
