$20 for the whole night, whether you go to the class and/or jam.

-- CLASS DESCRIPTION --
In a one-hour class, the facilitator focuses on movements that explore polarities to discover one's preferences and other possibilities in dance relationships.
-- CLASS FACILITATOR --
Mihyun Lee studied Korean Dance, Choreography, Somatic Psychology, and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis. Her professional dance practice, which began in 1992, has shaped her understanding of the primal nature of the body and its expression. She promotes psychological well-being through movement practice as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Somatic Movement Therapist. She established a movement-oriented psychotherapy approach called Kinesiopsychotherapy. She facilitates somatic movement group therapy called “Relationship and Movement” for adults with relational trauma in Fall and Spring in the Bay Area. * Wear clothing that will keep your butt, genitals and nipples covered while moving in non-linear and unpredictable ways. Actually, more skin coverage is better for C.I movements.
* Don't wear strong fragrances.
* Please remove jewelry.

The movement space is on the 2nd floor, accessible by the stairs or via an elevator in the back of the building.
