Kali Natha Yoga for Summer Solstice

Feel energized by the sun’s luminous power joining our sacred solstice practice that honors the longest day of summer on the Mahavidyas Labyrinth.


Surrounded by lush green bamboo, in the presence of the Mahavidya Wisdom Goddesses, we’ll gather on the stone Labyrinth — a mandala to Mother Earth — to move, breathe, and awaken. We’ll call in the radiant energy of Mother Laxmi, invoking her abundance, grace, and prosperity. And as sunlight dances through the trees and birdsong rises with each breath, we’ll align our hearts with the pulse of summer’s peak, feeling vibrant, grounded and renewed.


After practice, we’ll share in Prasad (blessed sweets) and invite you to linger—walk the grounds or simply rest in the beauty and blessing of Kashi.
