Union Bay Weeknight Adventure Race

Multisport navigation race around University District in Seattle, featuring canoeing in the Arboretum! You'll also be biking and trekking in surrounding neighborhood and parks. The biking will be on streets or hard packed dirt trails. You should be able to use a road or cross bike. The Trekking in this race will be quite short to make room for the canoeing. Due to 520 construction, some areas of the Arboretum are inaccessible.

You will start with Canoeing at the University of Washington Waterfront Activities Center (WAC) where you'll get your canoe. Canoes can hold 1-2 people, so if you have a 4 person team, plan on renting 2 canoes. If you're solo, you can pair up with another solo or team.

Due to the Canoeing logistics, this race has a flexible start at 5:30pm (it should still end very close to 10:00pm).

There will be post-race hot soups and food to get you replenished.

For this race, Sunset is at 9:04pm and Twilight Ends at 9:44pm.
