The Soulful 88s

The Soulful 88's deliver high-energy blues with deep soul. Leader "Sweet" Billy Spaulding steps out from behind the drums after 25+ years with top Northwest blues acts like Hughs Blues and The T-Town Aces, now showcasing his talents on piano, organ, and vocals.

The band includes award-winning guitarist Tom "T-Boy" Boyle brings fierce tone and expertise from his extensive work with bands like The Slackmasters and Becki Sue and her Big Rockin' Daddies. Les "Wildchild" White, a WBS BB Award-winning upright bassist from Kansas, has toured extensively from Canada to Mexico with prominent Northwest blues bands since 1989. Veteran drummer Scott Rongey completes the lineup, bringing experience from the Red Hot Blues Sisters, the International Blues Challenge, and countless recording sessions.

Together, they create a powerful, authentic blues experience.
