Lake Union Piers
We are thrilled to join the newly revitalized waterfront destination, the Lake Union Piers. Developed as Chandler’s Cove in the 1980s, the five-acre property was reimagined by Vulcan Real Estate to be a lively gateway in Seattle’s rapidly growing South Lake Union Neighborhood, which was recently designated as one of seven Innovation Districts in the U.S. by the Brookings Institution.
