THE ABUNDANCE WORKSHOP: Kundalini 101 Immersion X Live Sound Magic

In August we will be in the heart of an abundant cosmic portal—a time where intention, energy, and presence can amplify your ability to receive. This workshop is designed to help you tap into that flow through guided movement, breath, intention, and vibration.

Join Leslie from Soulistic Magic and Caleb from Reevolution Healing Arts for a DEEPLY immersive journey that blends Kundalini Practice for ABUNDANCE with live music and sound healing woven throughout the entire class.

In this 90-minute class, you’ll:

• Be guided through Kundalini 101, an intro-friendly practice designed to activate your energy, release blocks, and awaken your inner magnetism. We’ll take our time to explain the breathwork, mantras, and movement techniques—so even if it’s your first time, you’ll feel supported and confident.
• Move and breathe to the rhythm of live instruments—crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing tones—that will accompany and amplify your entire practice.
• Set personal intentions and drop into a meditative flow where body, mind, and energy align with abundance.

We’ll close our gathering with light nourishing treats and community time.

We will have on-site wellness products from Light Body Herbs and Reevolution Healing Arts—curated with care to support your experience.

No experience is needed. Just bring your breath, your intention, and your openness to receive.
