Take a break from your busy schedule and indulge in activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul. From yoga and meditation to art therapy and journaling, we've got you covered. We all know the Summers are great AND also brutal as a Mom. It feels impossible to get time alone when the kids are out of school and self-care seems more like a pipe dream than a reality. That’s why we created Mom Yoga Summer Self-Care Sunday! A Half-Day getaway to relax and restore. Start the morning off with coffee/cacao & community in a women’s circle together. Then move into a 75-90 minute yoga experience which will incorporate breath work, vinyasa, balance, deep restorative yin postures and an extra long savasana and guided meditation. Nourish yourself with a delicious high protein, gluten free dairy free lunch provided for you. After lunch enjoy a relaxing and creative pottery class with Laurel Brodkin of Laurel Dawn Ceramics to rekindle your imagination, originality, and expressiveness. Close the day with a journaling experience and mantra setting practice which you will engrave into your piece. Your masterpiece will be professionally fired and delivered to you afterwards with a check in and plan for continued self-care. Investment: $99
