Soul Journey Sound Bath

Our soul is tethered to another realm, we are here yet we also exist connected to the source of creation. We go on these soul journeys each night as we drift into the dreamstate. There are ways to experience this through sound healing by using rhythmic patterns with drums, gongs and singing bowls to lower the brainwaves enough to put one into an altered , dreamlike state. Allowing your soul to go on a journey, travelling with the soundwaves and vibrations. Giving the body time to relax, restore and rejuvenate.
This sound journey will start with a mini meditation to connect with your soul, then flows on with sonic sequences designed around the intention of this sound bath. Each instrument is chosen for a reason, this is not random. The intention is infused into the entire sound bath for maximum effect.
