Following the movement portion of this event is a Soundbath. Due to the sensory/meditative space it brings, we are asking parents to use their discretion on having their children present to not cause disruption to others; crying, talking, ect.
Things to bring for the Soundbath:
Yoga mat
Blaket
Pillow
Water
Comfy clothes
