Jazmin Elon is a Brand Strategist and Digital Systems Architect who helps high-performing founders scale with clarity, automation, and strategy. She specializes in simplifying growth through smart systems, e-commerce technology, and brand development that actually converts.
Before founding The Blk Sunflower Business Collective, a full-service business ecosystem that has supported over 2,500 entrepreneurs since 2022, Jazmin built and scaled her own product-based brand from the ground up. What began as a late-night candle experiment in her kitchen evolved into a 7-figure company with repeated sellouts, international orders, and features in over 50 publications including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and New York Magazine.
Her growth didn’t come from going viral, it came from strategic branding, smart marketing, and a robust internal digital infrastructure that increased visibility, streamlined operations, and kept people buying.
Today, she teaches other founders how to do the same.
Inside The Collective, Jazmin and her team support everyone from new and aspiring entrepreneurs to established business owners and corporations seeking a fresh perspective to drive sales. The community includes a wide range of vision-led brands, with local clients such as Greystar Real Estate Services, Intentions Juice Bar, DJ Yaddy, OBK Winery, Buddy’s Chicken & Waffles, and Goody Cutz Barber & Beauty.
The Blk Sunflower Business Collective helps entrepreneurs scale intentionally through strategic brand positioning, AI-powered automations, SaaS integrations, virtual assistant support, and SEO-optimized website infrastructure.
And the need has never been greater.
Over 60% of small businesses don’t use SEO, 40% still don’t have a virtual assistant, and while AI is everywhere, most still don’t know how to use it strategically. Meanwhile, tools like automation and SaaS tools are becoming the standard, not the exception.
If a business isn’t built on systems, it’s built to fail.
The Collective closes that gap, giving founders the infrastructure, tech, and strategic support they were never taught... but absolutely need to grow.

DJ Yaddy has been a household name in Seattle’s 206 party scene since her teen years, evolving from local events to national nightclubs, and eventually landing a coveted role at Broadway Media in Salt Lake City. Starting in security, she quickly moved into the Remote Technology Department, before becoming a key player on the On-Air Promotions Team, a true behind-the-scenes force turned front-and-center talent.
In 2018, she emerged as part of Sway & Swoon, an all-Black women’s DJ collective that continues to thrive today. By 2020, she joined Seattle’s iconic KEXP 90.3FM as the On-Air Host and DJ of the Street Sounds Program, where her ear for hip hop and deep connection to community shine through every set.
Her sound has lit up massive spaces, from her residency at Pacific Science Center’s Laser Dome, which earned her a feature in the Seattle Times, to being the headline DJ for the Museum of Pop Culture’s 50 Years of Hip Hop celebration and Juneteenth events. She even took the stage for Major League Baseball’s HBCU All-Star events, proving her ability to scale from the streets to the spotlight.
DJ Yaddy has also brought her sound to the South, spinning at luxury rooftops, launch events, and intimate venuesacross North America, known not only for curating Seattle’s hottest hip hop and R&B experiences but also for her command of Latin music and global rhythms.
With unmatched charisma, district flavor, and a deep love for music, DJ Yaddy is more than a DJ, she’s a unifier, a tastemaker, and a force. Whether she’s on air, in the booth, or on a rooftop halfway across the country, her presence is unforgettable.
