Seattle Comprehensive Plan Letter Writing Workshop

Seattle is suffering from a major housing crisis that is pricing out too many of us. The good news is that we now have a once-in-a-decade opportunity to address this problem, by allowing more homes to be built and a greater variety of housing types in all neighborhoods.

Join the Complete Communities Coalition for a hands-on letter writing workshop to make your voice heard in shaping Seattle's future! Learn more about the city's Comprehensive Plan, which sets the framework for zoning, growth, and housing, and how to effectively communicate your ideas and concerns. All are welcome, whether this is the first time you're hearing about the Comprehensive Plan or you are an avid reader of The Urbanist.

This in-person event will take place at MG2, so mark your calendar and come prepared to make a difference.

Doors open at 5pm, a brief presentation will begin at 5:30pm, and then we will shift into the letter-writing and sign-making workshop component of the evening.

Light refreshments and food will be provided.
