Row in the Park is a unique outdoor fitness experience hosted by Row House South Lake Union, bringing the energy of indoor rowing to the beautiful Lake Union Park on Saturday, May 10.
Join us for three back-to-back rowing-inspired fitness classes between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM, designed for all fitness levels. You'll row at your own pace on stationary rowing machines (ergs), with our team available to assist with setup if needed.
Expect a fun, supportive, and high-energy atmosphere, with music, movement, and a chance to connect with the local fitness community. Between classes, explore our vendor village featuring wellness brands, local businesses, and refreshments to keep you fueled throughout the day.
Come for one class or stay for more—it's up to you! Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot. We can't wait to row with you!
