Return to the Table FREE Preview Session

Join us this Sunday, February 1 for a free in-person preview session that gives you a “taste” of our upcoming 10-week food-based grief journey called Return to the Table. Co-facilitated by a behavioral scientist + psychotherapist, this preview session will give an overview and an embodied sampling of Return to the Table plus time for Q&A. Interested partcipants as well as referral sources (therapists, medical & wellness practitioners, assisted living workers, etc) are welcome. All participants will be given a 10% discount code to either use or refer out.
