They include: Waves of Grief--a monthly grief circle with Mother Ocean at Golden Gardens Beach in partnership with Waves of Grief Collective, Creative Healers Hub-a monthly space for gathering wellness practitioners, artists and activities to create collaborative healing opportunities to the world, Return to the Table-- a 10-week in person grief journey using the power of food and IFS-informed emotional processing to help folks navigate any kind of grief and loss, equipping them with a grief practice and toolkit to return to throughout life's journey.
