Join us for an active breathwork session for Relief, Energy & Focus.

Practical, strong to gentle pranayama breathing techniques (activating, cleansing, balancing, & meditative) for your overall well being. Breathwork benefits the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual systems, which can positively impact your life (work, home, school, relationships, health, wealth, personal & professional development, etc.).

What is Pranayama?

The practice of consciously controlling the breath to regulate and enhace the flow of life energy (prana) in the body, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This is a traditional yoga practice that many popular breathwork techniques historically come from.

Preparation:

  1. : Sign the required waiver for safety/liability before attending. You only need to sign this once & do not need to sign again for repeat attendance.
  2. Bring: Comfort items (any items you need to increase comfort like a cushion, blanket, yoga mat, water. Chairs will most likely be available.
  3. Timeliness: We will start promptly within 20 minutes of event start time. If you join late, you may miss important instructions. I will silence my phone after I start guiding people, so contact me sooner than later if you need to. Quietly enter if you join late.
