The Freakout Festival was held annually in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood and it is a 4-day event celebrating rock, punk, psychedelic and experimental music. It was founded in 2013 by Seattle musician Guy Keltner the festival has grown from its roots in Capitol Hill to become a significant part of Seattle’s music scene.
