Welcome to Monday Meditation Meetup!
Join us at Om Culture for a relaxing evening of meditation, sound bath and community.
15 min of Sound, 15 min silent meditation, 15 min of sound, connect!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to come together and find their flowstate. Connect with like-minded individuals and recharge and set the tone for a peaceful and balanced week ahead.
Don't forget to bring a blanket or cushion to sit on, and maybe a friend or two to share the experience with. Light snacks and Tea provided! We can't wait to see you there!
