This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!
Our July workshop will have a particular focus on iced tea-friendly blends. Sun tea, cold brew, pour-over...your summer options are endless!
