Introduction to AcroYoga

Come fly, base, and spot in this welcoming 2-hour Introduction to AcroYoga!
Led by certified Level 2 AcroYoga teacher Loc Le, this workshop explores the foundations of AcroYoga — including consent, communication, trust, and play — all within a fun and supportive environment.

You'll learn the essential roles of base, flyer, and spotter, practice trust-building skills, and experience how AcroYoga combines the mindfulness of yoga with the dynamic connection of partner acrobatics.
