Held in Your Holding: A Song Circle for Caregivers

Song circle will be held in a backyard in NE Seattle in the Olympic Hills neighborhood (near Lake City Way). Register for the address.

Join us for an evening of honoring, soothing, healing and supportive songs for all those who devote their time and energy to caring for others. We will sing self love songs in harmonies, rounds and part songs in an honoring of our daily work as caregivers. Whether you are a healing professional or a devoted parent, join us for this restorative offering on a summer evening in a beautiful, intimate backyard space.

Katie Sontag (she/her) writes and teaches nourishing songs that celebrate self love and reminds us that all feelings are welcome and we are not alone. There will be rounds, part songs, harmonies and unison with any and all voices embraced, celebrated and welcomed. No experience necessary. Gabrielle is a singer, circle facilitator, and counseling psychology graduate student who believes singing is our birthright, and in the power of song to transform and heal. She has performed across many contexts, from indie rock and choirs to musical theater and yoga studios, and most recently as a cabaret and burlesque artist. Gabrielle weaves her training in somatic psychology and sound healing into her offerings, creating spaces for nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and connection.
