FetchNW Presents In Heat 2025 Volume 2 on The Hiyu

Y'all like the boat events so much, we booked a second one this year :) Join us for a fall boat party where it'll be a little bit cooler outside (hopefully) than the summer boat party. Join us again on The Hiyu for the fluffiest, squeakiest, most boatiest boat cruise in Seattle!

TIMES TO REMEMBER:

• FetchNW Checkin Desk Opens: 4:00PM
• Boarding Time Begins: 5:00 PM SHARP!
• Shove Off: 6 PM SHARP!!! (seriously, don't be late)
• Docking Time: 10 PM
• All off: 10:30 PM

BOARDING ADDRESS: S. Lake Union Park 860 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109. The exact GPS Pin is https://maps.app.goo.gl/BXdYzowJ1s1CCMhR7. The checkin/reg desk will be near that pin.

DO NOT GO TO THE ADDRESS LISTED FOR THE HIYU ON GOOGLE MAPS - Please do not Google "The Hiyu" and go there. We have had people miss the boat before because they didn't heed our warnings about this, did not go to the boarding address and instead went to the Hiyu's docking address. Seriously double check before you go that you are going to the correct address. We don't want you to miss the boat.

GOLDEN PAW PERKS: Golden Paw gets a dedicated prioritized line to get on the boat. You don't have to arrive before boarding to take advantage of this. Whenever you arrive and get checked in, you will be guided to your shorter line. You also get a fancier badge, lanyard, poster and free FetchNW patch of your choice.

FOOD AND DRINKS: There will be a food vendor on board. We are working with the Hiyu on a few new options, and will update here when we have the caterer finalized.

FAST BAR: We are working with the Hiyu to see if this will still be required like last year or not. We will update this section and share info as soon as we have it. If FastBar is required, it would not required to attend/enter the event, but then would be needed to purchase things on board.

EMT: The Hiyu will have a dedicated EMT on boat.

Dress Code: Our standard dress code policy applies. No exposed butts nor genitals are allowed, but please comes as you are otherwise. Fursuits, puppies, shiny creatures, gear, etc are all welcome.

The Vibe: If you haven't been on the boat before, it lets us setup a mix of both dance energy and social energy. We will have two DJs playing, one on the main deck with higher energy dance music and one in one of the upstairs lounges with more chill music. The main deck has plenty of room for both dancing space and social mingling space. Seating is limited on the boat.

Changing Space: One of the side car lanes will be dedicated to luggage storage and changing. We will be setting up mesh cargo curtains on either side to mark it and provide a little wind coverage, and working with the Hiyu to make more open space there vs last event. We can't cover nor block the water-facing side though. Please do not store your stuff nor change in the upstairs inside bar areas, they get packed enough already. There is no coat check.

Streaming: We will be streaming the lower deck main stage dance area to our Twitch channel. Other areas of the boat (side lane, upstairs, food area, etc) will not be streamed.

Event Rules and Conditions of Entry:

1. All sales final, no refunds.
2. You must be 21 or older to attend.
3. Follow the FetchNW Party Bill of Rights.
4. Unexpired, valid, government-issued photo ID required to enter.
5. All guests are subject to a security screening and bag check, including action packers or fursuit bags.
6. Tickets are transferable and may be used by the ticket holder. You can give your ticket to a friend or sell it. Whoever is holding the ticket will get into the party. Don't give away your ticket unless you really mean to.
7. No outside food or drink
8. No drug use, smoking or vaping of any kind, nor consuming marijuana inside the venue.
9. Anyone visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry.
10. Anyone overly intoxicated will be asked to leave.
11. No weapons (e.g., firearms, knives, mace)
12. FetchNW LLC and the Hiyu are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
13. You are responsible for your own behavior and agree to indemnify and hold FetchNW LLC and the Hiyu harmless in the event of losses, injury, or death arising from your own actions, negligence, and any other causes whatsoever.
14. Let us know upon entry if you wish to opt out of photographs and video recordings. You will be given a wristband which must be visible at all times. Be aware that removing you from photos and video may not be possible for group photos or if we cannot see your wristband.
15. If you do not opt out: you grant FetchNW LLC the right and license, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, to retain and use any and all audio or video recordings or photographs taken during the event for the purposes of advertising and/or publicity on social media accounts, internet messaging rooms, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. FetchNW LLC reserves the right to share, tweet, retweet, or quote tweet all such recordings and photos.
16. In all cases, with or without opt-out, FetchNW reserves the right to use recordings and photos for security purposes in the event of a security incident or complaint from attendees, the venue, or law enforcement.
17. You understand that other attendees may take your photo or record you and FetchNW cannot control that. You hold FetchNW harmless for any damages which may arise from use of such recordings or photos taken or used by individuals not affiliated with FetchNW.
18. Don't be a dick. We’re all here to have a good time together.
