Join us for an unforgettable evening in the Garden at Hotel Sorrento as we welcome Tuscan winemaker Diana Lenzi of Fattoria di Petroio for an intimate 4-course wine dinner.

Diana, a celebrated farmer and vintner from Chianti Classico, brings with her a legacy of sustainable winemaking, a deep passion for the land, and a lineup of wines that reflect the soul of Tuscany. To complement her selections, Executive Chef Paolo Pezzali has crafted a regionally inspired 4-course menu highlighting the rustic elegance of Italian cuisine.

Tickets include all four courses and wine pairings for just $120—a special price to kick off our 2025 wine dinner series.

Limited to 30 guests. Weather permitting, the dinner will be hosted in our outdoor garden courtyard.

Guests are invited to arrive early, check in, and enjoy a welcome splash of Fattoria di Petroio wine in the garden.

Executive Chef Paolo Pezzali introduces a regionally inspired Tuscan menu, designed to complement the evening’s wine pairings.


7:15 PM – First & Second Courses Served

Guests enjoy Fava Bean Tart and Tuscan Panzanella, paired with the first selections from Fattoria di Petroio.


7:45 PM – Entrée Course (Choice of Two Options)

Chef Pezzali’s Ricotta Gnudi or New York Strip Steak, paired with Chianti Classico wines.


8:15 PM – Guest Remarks from Winemaker Diana Lenzi

Winemaker and farmer Diana Lenzi shares the story of her family estate, her winemaking philosophy, and the wines poured throughout the evening.


8:30 PM – Dessert & Final Pour

Lemon Tart with Toasted Pine Nuts, paired with the final wine selection.


9:00 PM – Closing Toast & Mingling

A final toast to Tuscany, with time to connect with fellow guests, the chef, and the winemaker.
