Title: Embody and Express

Facilitator: Leah Russell

Description: Come ready to play and surprise yourself as we dive into a series of guided games and prompts that invite us to explore our expressive range and sharpen our relationship to rhythm and musicality. We’ll tap into emotional arcs, try on some new characters, challenge our coordination and find the sweet spot where movement, feeling, and flow collide. All are welcome, only curiosity required.
