Step into a soul-nourishing experience designed to awaken your inner creative through movement, energy healing, and art.

In this immersive two-hour workshop, you'll be guided by Ashwini 500-HR E-RYT (Former Lead Yoga Trainer at University of Washington and fine artist, and Marina, a certified Chopra Reiki Healer, as you journey inward to unlock your creative flow.

Hour 1: Himalayan Kundalini Meditation + Reiki Cleansing - Begin with a gentle, powerful Kundalini meditation led by Ashwini in the Himalayan tradition designed to ground, energize, and open your creative centers. Followed by a deeply relaxing energy cleansing session by Marina using Reiki techniques to clear energetic blockages and restore balance.

Hour 2: Watercolor Creativity Session - With your energy aligned and spirit uplifted, Ashwini will guide you through a beautiful, colorful watercolor painting session. No experience necessary, this project is designed to be meditative, joyful, and expressive. You'll leave with your own finished piece of art and a take-home watercolor painting kit including a palette, brushes, and supplies so your creative journey can continue.
