Conscious Breathwork

Join Carmen of Ayanina Healing, for this transformative experience! This in-person event offers a safe space to explore the power of your breath and its connection to your mind, body, and spirit. We will begin our journey within with intention setting to lay the foundation for the Breathwork journey. Through the guided and supported practice of Conscious Breathwork, you will release stress, increase clarity, and tap into your inner wisdom.

Carmen offers trauma-informed support and healing of the mind, body, soul and spirit through the power of Conscious Breathwork. She combines all of her spiritual gifts to create individualized experiences in a group setting, to help people connect with their inner voice and courageously ask for what they need to thrive. Carmen is dedicated to creating a supportive, heart-centered space where people deeply drop in and expand through breath, and tap into their natural creative gifts, reclaiming the power within.

No experience necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore. Connect with like-minded individuals and journey together towards greater self-awareness and well-being. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and renewed. We can't wait to breathe with you!
