The Seeds to Garden Summer Youth Program is offering participants “reverse tuition” to learn how to prevent, mediate and resolve conflict.Logic Amen is a 27 year veteran educator, 14 year veteran assistant principal @Lincoln high school in Tacoma, Washington, and trained Family Preservation Therapist. Amen will teach participants the importance of conflict mediation. Youth will receive reverse tuition in the amount of a 100.00 dollar stipend for participating in the Conflict Mediation workshop. Workshops range from 1-2 hours of instructions which includes vocabulary building, scenarios, and direct ways to immediately implement the strategies to their life.
Youth will learn the fundamental 3 step strategy to:
👉🏾Diagnose conflict.
👉🏾Mediate conflict.
👉🏾Resolve conflict.
Participants will receive their stipend between a week and a month from completing the workshop. Family members of the participants are strongly encouraged to participate in the workshop also.
