A two-hour workshop that weaves together powerful breathwork, restorative yoga and shamanic medicine songs.
This practice aims to harmonize the flow of prana (life force) in the body while pacifying the nervous system. The main after-effects are increased resilience, deeper inner peace and an expanded state of consciousnessLed by Cosetta & Ivo, Breath Medicine Ceremony® is offered as a series of 6 consecutive Sundays from April 6th through May 11th. From 5 to 7 pm at Aditi Yoga & Wellness studio in Wallingford – Seattle.
