Artist Workshop: Grace Potter

Join our August visiting artist, Grace Potter, for this 6-hour workshop with a focus on handbuilding. Grace will share her methods on coiling and pinching large ritual vessels. Using rhythmic patterns, Grace Potter will show us how to use fingermarks in clay to intentionally accentuated a repeated motion that echo the beings and objects that surround us. The resulting patterns appear organically, reflecting inherent interconnection and a universal language of form. This workshop is great for all-levels from beginners to advanced!
