We’re throwing an afternoon party full of of games, prizes, great food, and even better company at the greenspace across the street from the gym. We'd LOVE for you to bring your friends and family along.

From Medicine Ball Shot Put to Tug of War, there’ll be plenty of fun and friendly competition. You could win big, too - think free 90-minute massages, three months of a membership upgrade, or a 4-pack of personal training sessions with the coach of your choice.

We'll be serving up food, mocktails & more. Your suggested donation of $20 will benefit the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (nwirp.org).
