ACT RED - Administrative Staff Sign-up

We're excited to launch ACT RED, (Acknowledge, Challenge, and Transform to eliminate Racial & Ethnic Disparities) a comprehensive training program designed to empower staff with the knowledge and tools to recognize and address racial and ethnic disparities within the court and its operations. This interactive training dives deep into understanding systemic issues, fostering inclusivity, and implementing equitable practices throughout our organization. Through engaging discussions and activities, participants will gain valuable insights and practical skills to support our commitment to be open to all, trusted by all, and dedicated to providing justice for all.

This program will be a full day at either the CCFJC or Chinook Building in Downtown Seattle, based on the date you sign-up for.
