Move and Sip
Get into the grove, and release some of your inhibitions!
Shake off your week with some light movement and stretching, while enjoying the company of other adults and a beverage. Think yoga, but not at all serious, and with a glass of wine or a beer.

Wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow. We have yoga blankets in the studio that can be used for a nominal laundry fee.

Feel free to bring any beverages you would like, we also have complimentary beverages available.

Stay for a paint class
Keep the good times rolling with a paint and sip class after your movement class!
