This is our Annual Family and Friend day, where members can bring their Family and Friends to join in with the club session!

What to Expect:
Introduction to Paddling: Our experienced Volunteer coaches will take you on a few shorter sessions to give you the chance to try different crafts!
You can choose between:
• Kayaking
• Paddleboarding
• Sit-on-top Kayak
• Canoe
Friendly Atmosphere: This is our annual event where members can bring their Family & Friends to join in with the club session!
Who Can Participate: This event is open to all members’ family & friends – all age welcome.
What to Bring:
• Dress comfortably for the weather and wear appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, including shoes.
• Cuckmere Valley Canoe Club will provide all necessary paddling equipment, including kayaks, paddleboards, paddles, buoyancy aids, and a cagoule.
• Just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to try something new!
• Arrive at the slipway by 9:00 am.
• Changing facilities are available at the Barn.
Cost: This is free of charge for members’ family and friends – all ages welcome. Full detail on annual membership here if you would like then to join the club.
