Not out at 90 Pilates!!!!

Team, we need you to make the biggest Pilates class ever (well, for us 🤣)

*Winterton Pavillion

*9.30 am

We need 90 people doing 90 mins of gentle Pilates and Stretch to support my amazing friend Ken, who on his 90th birthday will be swimming 90 lengths in pool then the equivalent distance in a lake to raise money for these 3 amazing charities after losing his beloved wife Brenda last year.

All you need to do is join us and donate £9 (obvs more if you want).

Lucy, Kate, and I will have forms to take names over the next few weeks, but I know Team Happpy & Healthy can do this 🙏💪🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

We can have cake stalls, etc, but all that can be sorted nearer the time ❤️
