About:
Join us for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores! In this class, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings. Then, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons! Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home.
(If you would like to take your food home with you, please bring your own to-go containers.)
