Get Mom Hooked on Chula Seafood Specials this Mother’s Day MAY 10 and 11

Moms deserve the very best every day of the year but especially on Mother’s Day! With that in mind all three valley Chula Seafood locations have cast out some fresh specials in honor of Mom.

Chula Seafood Grayhawk is serving up a lovely Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday May 11 beginning at 10 a.m. with the following features:

Seafood Cocktail featuring king crab with ancho chile aioli charred corn roasted jalapeno lime and cilantro; wild shrimp with red onion avocado cucumber and black garlic salsa macha; and oysters on the half shell with pico de gallo morita chile and tomato broth and fermented habanero hot sauce served with a side of house made tostadas.

Crispy Rice with spicy tuna sweet shoyu pickled jalapeno togarashi and kizami nori.

Lox and Lavosh—Wester Ross smoked salmon with jalapeno cream cheese marinated tomatoes everything seasoning pickled mustard seed and fresh herbs.

Smoked Salmon Quiche featuring Chula smoked salmon caramelized fennel onion and goat cheese garnished with tomato conserva and served with a green salad accompaniment.

Crabby Pattie—A jump lump crab cake on griddled Noble brioche with tomato jam arugula sunflower sprouts herbs and lemon vinaigrette.

Lobster Croque Madame featuring buttered Maine Lobster sauce mornay bacon lardons truffled honey and a poached egg.

Seafood Enchiladas with scallops shrimp lump crab roasted poblano cream tomato and spinach garnished with a fried egg queso fresco and onion.

Diners can toast to Mom with champagne flights as well as enjoy happy hour all day long. Reservations can be made online.

Chula Uptown is celebrating Mother’s Day with the following takeaway special available Saturday May 10 and Sunday May 11:

                Lobster Quiche—Maine lobster sauteed leeks rosemary and heirloom tomatoes in a buttery crust and topped with marinated tomatoes herbs and goat cheese.

                Spring Salad with frisee and arugula dehydrated pear pickled sweet peppers shaved gouda and lemon poppyseed dressing.

Chula South Scottsdale is featuring a similar to-go Mother’s Day package available Saturday May 10 and Sunday May 11 including:

                Lobster Quiche with Maine lobster cherry tomato red onion and tarragon crème fraiche in a buttery house crust.

               Spring Salad featuring McClendon Select greens snow peas fresh dill parsley chive cucumber Noble breadcrumbs and red wine vinaigrette.

These packages serve up to four diners and come ready to heat assemble and eat for $95++ each. Ready-to-eat shucked oysters—a dozen for $50++ or two dozen for $100++—can also be added to any order.
