This will be a casual, cozy conversation hosted by Vivian at her space, Blue House Wellness. It’s not a workshop or a session—just a chance to be in community, swap stories, and reflect on how our brains work and why that matters.

Whether you have a diagnosis, are just curious, or love someone with ADHD, you are welcome. ADHD is underdiagnosed in women—and especially in Asian communities—so many of us have been walking around with these incredible, sometimes chaotic, superpowers without realizing we weren’t broken, just wired differently.

And it turns out? So many of us share these traits. Being in a room with people who get it—that’s the real magic.
