We are back!! We will dance with intention, using mantra, meditation, and movement. No experience necessary!

What is SoulFlow™?
SoulFlow™ is an intuitive practice and does not follow any choreography. It's an opportunity to listen to your body and move your body as much or as little as you want. You will receive benefits from this practice just by being in the container. We invite you to go all out, feel the sensations your body is experiencing, and stretch the boundaries of your comfort.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. We have extra yoga mats if you don't have one.

Cost: $30

Class starts promptly at 6:15pm - please arrive by 6pm and enjoy time for connection and light refreshments.
